The project consists of the renovation of the Imperial Chemical House (1929), classified as a building of special interest, fit to become a prestigious residential complex on the banks of the Thames near the Palace of Westminster.
CHALLEGES
In accordance with local regulations, the change of use led to an increase in the required fire resistance, requiring the need for passive fire protection of load-bearing structures.
